launched its  ready-to-use Internet service - Satyam Online .Internet from Satyam Online will allow anyone with access to a personal computer,a  modem and a telephone line to get connected to the internet via  the Satyam Online service in just five minutes.A connection from Satyam online for instance comes with lots of freebies such as free software and access to facilities such as domain name registration.

The company has a research & development team called "Idea Group" and their employees get allocated to the  Idea Group through rotation.Their task is to look at ideas and scan the IT environment.

At Satyam Infoway the employee appraisal is based on the model of balanced score card. They too have an Open House where all associates meet to take stock of the situation. There is a general reflection on the developments and self-analysis is done.

As a company policy every employee needs to undergo training (40 hours annually) outside his line of work.

Satyam Infoway's facility, the Satyam Learning Centre started at Hyderabad co-ordinates the training requirements of the company and is well equipped to host training programmes.
